• Online cybersecurity courses and educational content
• One-on-one security training sessions
• Penetration testing services
• Code review services
• Security consulting

Some of our Services may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and to update your information to keep it accurate and complete.

When using our Services, you agree not to:

• Use the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
• Violate or encourage others to violate the rights of third parties, including intellectual property rights
• Use techniques or knowledge gained from our Services to attack, compromise, or otherwise exploit systems without explicit authorization
• Share your account or course access with others
• Attempt to circumvent any security measures or access controls implemented on our platforms
• Engage in any activity that could harm, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks
• Use automated means to access or collect data from our Services without our prior written permission
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity

Our courses and training may teach ethical hacking techniques and security testing methodologies. By accessing these materials, you agree to:

• Only apply these techniques on systems you own or have explicit permission to test
• Follow responsible disclosure practices if you discover vulnerabilities
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to computer access and security testing
• Never use knowledge gained from our Services for unauthorized access, damage, or disruption of systems

Dex Security Academy is not responsible for any misuse of the information or techniques provided in our educational content.

All content provided through our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and course materials, is the property of Dex Security Academy or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

When you purchase or access our courses or materials, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or publicly perform the content
• Modify or create derivative works based on the content
• Use the content for commercial purposes
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notices from the content
• Transfer the content or your access to another person

Payment for our Services is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise specified. All prices are subject to change without notice.

Refund Policy: We offer refunds under the following conditions:

• For online courses: Full refund if requested within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not completed more than 20% of the course
• For one-on-one training: Full refund if canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled session
• For penetration testing and code review services: Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis according to the terms of the specific service agreement

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dex Security Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use our Services
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your use of any content
• The application of knowledge or techniques learned through our Services

Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Dex Security Academy makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

You further acknowledge and agree that Dex Security Academy shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Services.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
